4. Refund and Exchange Policy

• Custom Orders: Jewelry that has been custom-made, engraved, or altered (sized) specifically for the customer is FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• In-Stock Items: Items in their original, unworn condition may be eligible for exchange or store credit within the period specified on your sales receipt.
• Restocking Fees: Certain returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

5. Limitation of Liability
